All purchases are nonrefundable. If you are unable to complete the program after initial registration, please contact us so your attendance can be deferred to a future program date.

Program Software Requirements

To participate fully in all program areas and activities, you will need a current Internet browser and access to Zoom, as well as Microsoft Word. We will send you registration confirmations and workshop announcements via email and all program resources are hosted on Kajabi.

You will receive email notification of acceptance of your registration as soon as your payment is processed.

Intellectual Property Agreement

We want to ensure everyone’s intellectual property is protected. By completing payment, you confirm that you understand you are not allowed to share, distribute or repurpose for outside use any intellectual property of Pearl Partners LLC, Ellen Di Resta, Gretchen Wilson or subject matter experts engaged by Ellen or Gretchen, as these materials are protected under copyright. Because you will participate in a community with other participants, you agree that any ideas shared by your colleagues regardless of their state of completion belong solely to them (and your ideas belong solely to you).

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination from membership. Any subscription/payments (as applicable) will cease and no refund will be awarded. Pearl Partners LLC, Ellen Di Resta, Gretchen Wilson, and subject matter experts engaged by Ellen or Gretchen are not liable for others who choose not to honor this agreement.

Expected Participant Behavior

Our basic rules of conduct are intended to create an environment in which everyone is comfortable exploring new ways of working, which requires a level of openness and supportive engagement. In short, all members are to be treated with equal respect, regardless of race, creed, religion, sexuality or gender. We reserve the right to remove a person from the community if they are abusive, racist, or otherwise cause harm or disruption to other participants. Any subscription/payments (as applicable) will cease and no refund will be awarded.

Everyone attending the live sessions will need to be on camera and available to engage in interactive portions of the sessions. No AI notetakers will be admitted to the sessions.

This program is not the place to push your business or programs, but to learn and grow as an entrepreneur and innovator, and support others to do the same.

We reserve the right to expand our Terms of Service to reflect new ways to be a welcome place for entrepreneurs and innovators of all backgrounds, and we will notify you if/when updated.

Feedback & Criticism

As a community member you agree to that, due to expertise, the only people allowed to critique participant work are Ellen Di Resta, Gretchen Wilson, or subject matter experts engaged by Ellen or Gretchen. Program participants will not offer unsolicited judgment or criticism of others’ work. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in termination of membership.

International Participants

Proficiency in English is required for all online workshops. There are no additional charges for students outside the U.S., but tuition must be paid in U.S. funds (all prices posted on our website are in U.S. dollars).
